Where the difference is
A luxury home is not defined by its price per square metre. It is defined by how demanding the design is and how well it is carried out: long spans, cantilevers, exposed concrete, natural stone, slim window frames.
All of that takes more preparation and more control on site. Samples and mock-ups before the real work help avoid surprises at the end.
What drives the price

Working with your architect
If you have an architect, we quote the design and flag what adds cost without adding value. The earlier a builder sees the drawings, the fewer late changes there are.
